The program provides engaging workshops and programs that increase students’ knowledge and understanding of the lives of LGBTQ people. Clients will also gain skills in how to be an effective ally to the LGBTQ community. Serving as a safety center and community resource, we plan to accomplish our mission through the development of healthy communities, strategic partnerships, and leadership and identity development
It Takes a Village
Within a culture of celebration and inclusion. We will host groups 4 days a week. We partner with A Brighter Today Resource Center that provides job training in areas such as customer service, CDL trucking, food service, coding and many others.
Both Trenta House and A Brighter Today's current market will be the LGBTQIA+ youth in the metro Atlanta area that are homeless and in need of resources to be able to be reintegrated back into the community. The LGBTQIA+ Resource Center also hosts events and programs that provide community building and educational opportunities throughout the year
